Role Description
This full-time, on-site role as a Customer Service Representative is based in Amman, Jordan. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service and supporting the visa application process, ensuring a positive customer experience, and promptly addressing inquiries.
Qualifications
* 1-2 years of experience in customer service
* Expertise in customer satisfaction and experience
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to resolve inquiries effectively
* Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Proficiency in English and Arabic
