We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as a Call Center Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls in a professional and efficient manner.
- Provide information about products and services, process orders, and resolve customer inquiries.
- Manage customer complaints, identify issues, and work to resolve them promptly.
- Follow company procedures and policies to ensure accuracy of documentation and information.
- Maintain customer accounts and update details as needed.
- Cross-sell or sell additional services or products when appropriate.
- Achieve performance goals and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Manage Talabat and Careem applications
- Manage online sales on the company's website
Requirements:
- Ability to receive calls after official working hours
- High school diploma or equivalent (university degree preferred).
- Previous experience in customer service or call center roles is an added advantage.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and customer relationship management systems.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays, if required.
