Essential Requirements:
1. A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any related field.
2.Fluency in English (both spoken and written)
3. PC literate with knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
4. Strong communication/ interpersonal skills
5. Customer orientation /response to different types of characters
6. Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
7. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
