*** Job Description:
As a Customer Services Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers through various channels (phone, email, live chat, etc.). You will assist in resolving customer issues, answering inquiries, and ensuring that our clients have a smooth and positive experience with our products and services.
*** Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, via phone, email, or live chat.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues or concerns in a timely manner.
- Maintain and update customer records in our database.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges according to company policies.
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex customer issues.
- Identify and escalate potential issues or opportunities for improvement to management.
- Uphold the company’s values and customer service standards at all times.
*** Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and patience.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Proficient in using customer service software, databases, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Bilingual (English/Spanish or other languages) is a plus (if applicable).
