Role Description:
- The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with data entry duties, including administrative assistance and customer service.
- Entering data from source documents within time limits.
- Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output.
- Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry.
- Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents.
- Apply data program techniques and procedures.
- Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations.
- Scan documents and print files, when needed.
- Storing hard copies of data in an organized manner to optimize retrieval.
- Verifies entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data.
- Maintains operations by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes.
Qualifications:
- Past experience in medicine or pharmacy within the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
- Typing proficiency
- Computer literacy
- Administrative assistance skills
- Experience in data entry or related field
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with data entry software and systems
- Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
Job details:
- Unlimited contract duration.
- Working hours: 8:30 till 17:00 (Sun-Thu).
- Annual leaves: 14 days.
- Location: Jordan – Amman – Jabal Al-Hussein.
