Reports to: Customer Care Representative
Key duties and responsibilities:
• Direct interaction with customers; Provide directions, information, and assistance regarding store locations, mall facilities, and promotions, also help customers find specific products or services.
• Handle all inquiries, complaints & and suggestions from customers and tenants, and report all inquiries on a daily basis to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Provide a variety of services including but not limited to:
o Sell gift vouchers and handle cash transactions.
o Lost & found initial responsibilities, and handling over facility management.
o Distribute flyers, coupons, & and samples.
o Chaperon VIPs & groups.
o Mall directory.
o First aid, wheelchair, check blood pressure, and other services.
• Follow up and record all requests on the CAFM system like facility cleaning, general
• Perform a daily round to make sure that all mall’s facilities and services are ready for use, report problems if any, and keep the related records.
• Participate in the mall's promotional campaigns by exchanging customers’ receipts with coupons, entering data, and selling tickets during special events.
• Conduct surveys frequently for customers and tenants, gather information, suggestions, and feedback, and report them to enhance the provided services within the mall.
Job requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any related field.
- fresh graduate or up to 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Excellent communication skills
- Good in the English language, both speaking and writing

Salary range: 350-400 JOD
Working hours: 8 hours per day/ 5 days a week/ fluctuating between two shifts (8:00 AM- 4:00 PM & 2:00 PM- 10:00 PM)
