Customer Service Executive

Job description:

Job Description:-

• Respond and follow-up customer calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Give the best customer centric experience to the customer.
• Provide personalized indirect customer service by responding to the needs of the each customer
• Log shipment collection requests.
• Track customers’ shipments in order to answer customer’s inquiries for updates on products as Express, Domestic, Shop & Ship and personalized.
• Handle and resolve customers’ complaints and root certain issues and inquiries which are not under the contact center scope of responsibility to the concerned departments/CMTs.
• Provides products and service information to customers as needed.
• Answer customers’ general inquiries.

Job Requirements:-

• Good communication skills.
• Excellent command of English.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Team spirit.

الرد على مكالمات العملاء ومتابعتها لضمان رضا العميل. تقديم أفضل تجربة محورية للعميل. تقديم خدمة عملاء غير مباشرة مخصصة من خلال الاستجابة لاحتياجات كل عميل. تسجيل طلبات جمع الشحنات وتتبعها. تتبع شحنات العملاء للرد على استفسارات العملاء حول تحديثات المنتجات مثل الشحن السريع والشحن الداخلي وShop & Ship والشحن المخصص. التعامل مع شكاوى العملاء وحل بعض المشكلات والاستفسارات التي لا تتعلق بمجال مركز الاتصال وإحالتها إلى الأقسام/الفرق المعنية. تقديم معلومات عن المنتجات والخدمات للعملاء عند الحاجة. الرد على استفسارات العملاء العامة.

متطلبات الوظيفة:-

مهارات تواصل جيدة. إتقان ممتاز للغة الإنجليزية. القدرة على استخدام تطبيقات مايكروسوفت بما في ذلك Word وExcel وOutlook. روح الفريق.
