Job Summary

 

Provide an excellent service to all our customers, adhering to the internal procedures and the legal regulations.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Carry out exchange transactions following the corresponding procedures included in the Customer Service Representative Manual.
  • Serve our customers following the policies for quality and excellence in customer care.
  • Collaborate in everything that might be necessary for the appropriate operation of the center (material, image, office housekeeping, information of currency shortages or surplus, and anything considered necessary to provide the best service).
  • Properly document operations in accordance with legal provisions in force.
  • Identify the customers needs and notify them to the Supervisor or Manager if they go beyond the exchange transaction itself.
  • Address customers doubts and suggestions, and provide clear and comprehensive explanations when dealing with a complaint at the counter.

 

Qualifications

 

  • Undergraduate Students, Fresh Graduates and Entry Level (Business Administration, Languages, or other similar fields).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent numerical and cash handling skills.
  • Excellent command in English (Conversational).
