Tahboub Automotive is looking for "Call Center Representative" with the following:

Responsibilities:

·        Manage and answer a high volume of customer calls /inquires and resolving calls in a timely manner.
·        Follow communication script while handling calls.
·        Identify customer needs, clarify and provide information’s related to our products and campaigns.
·        Update customers information and prepare required documents.
·        Generate sales leads.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

·        1-3 years experience.
·        Customer orientated.
·        Excellent communication skills and presentation skills.
