Position Summary

Joining Nestlé means you are joining the largest food and Beverage Company in the world. Nestlé is looking for someone act as a trusted co-pilot within the Cluster commercial team providing financial & economic insights that empower decisions. Key contributor to the achievement of objectives by being a constructive challenger and setting up processes that provide transparency and accuracy of sales financials, compliance with local and Nestlé standards, guidance for the optimal use of commercial resources

A DAY IN THE LIFE …

  • Provides actionable insights and recommendations to drive business actions and achieve targets and ambitions for the cluster, with focus on Pricing, Mix and value creation elements .
  • Supports the Sales functions in developing strategies for channels, customers and shoppers and in implementing the Commercial Framework Guidelines and Best Practices.
  • Ensure pre and post evaluations are in place for all trade activities with a proper ROI .
  • Coordinate the sales forecast at cluster level and actual monitoring (volume, value and investments) .
  • Drive working capital improvement with focus on trade receivables and overdues contributing to cross functional discussions on payment terms and payment cycles.
  • Facilitate cluster credit committee and coordinate cluster inputs for MENA Market Credit Committee.
  • Quarterly review and optimization of sales MOGE with focus on merchandising.
  • Route to Market Framework and Distributor assessment
  • Support Cluster management on Atlas preparation.
     

What Will Make You Successful…

  • BA/BS in Business/Finance
  • CMA/CIMA preferred
  • 2-4 years' experience in a previous analytical/audit/costing/accounting role
  • Fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry experience
  • Proficiency in English and language of the market (where applicable)
  • Core knowledge of the 10 Corporate Business Principles and expert knowledge in our areas of responsibility
  • Good understanding of the Nestlé Strategic Blueprint(s)
  • Thorough understanding of business environment and competition
  • Extensive knowledge of product portfolio and commercial strategies
