Job Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering from a recognized University.

Experience:

• 2 to 5 years in similar IT technical positions.
• Detailed level know how of the security architecture and infrastructure.

Competencies:

• Creative and innovative.
• Technical writing and editing skills.
• Good in English and Arabic.
• Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Diversified IT technical background.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate and work collectively with business partners.

Required Qualifications:

· Based in Jordan.

· Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships across teams and organizations.

· Excellent attention to detail and ability to effectively and efficiently perform multiple tasks and balance competing priorities often within a required timeframe.

· Proficiency in the use virtual platforms and software such as Zoom, Google Meet, MailChimp, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Office.

· Excellent reporting skills.

· Excellent organization skills.

· Comfortable collaborating on projects with a variety of personalities.

· Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to effectively manage workload with minimal supervision

· Outstanding communication and presentation skills; equally comfortable speaking in front of large audiences.

· Comfortable working in a constantly changing environment.

· Excellent problem-solving capabilities and judgment; ability to make sound decisions independently

· Team Alignment

· Evaluates options and resolves internal priorities.

· Previous experience or working with the private sectors/ Non-profit organization is preferable.

· Fluency in written and spoken English is compulsory

Reporting:

The Communication and Training Manager will report directly to the Founder We Love Reading Founder.
