Job Brief:
We are looking for an HR Officer to oversee all aspects of HR practices and operations. For us, the HR Officer is the go-to person for all personnel related issues. This means that your HR Officer duties will include managing activities such as job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and talent management.
responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business strategy
Connecting relationships between management and employees by addressing requests, grievances, or other issues
Managing the recruitment and selection process
Support current and future business needs through development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
Develop and monitor general HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization
Create a positive work environment
Oversee and manage the performance appraisal system that drives high performance
Payment plan and benefits maintenance program
Assessment of training needs to implement and monitor training programs
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
Requirements and skills
3-5 years of experience as an HR Officer or other HR Manager
Knowledge of human resource systems and databases
Ability to design strategy combined with leadership skills
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
Degree in Human Resources or related field
Excellent skills in Arabic and English.
Expected salary: 500-550 during the probationary period.
