Job Vacancy – Administrative Assistant

Full Time – Jordan

SAJDI is an international and integrated engineering consulting firm. It is one of the leading firms specialized in Water, Wastewater, and Environmental projects.

We are seeking to hire a qualified Administrative Assistant with the following qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
5-10 years of experience in the field of secretarial works.
Excellent command in English language; speaking, reading and writing.
Excellent command to MS Office such as MS. Word, Excel, and Power Point.
The Job description associated with this position is as follows:

To review all Technical Reports related to the project
Assist in proofreading all letters and reports and correct all English language and grammar mistakes.
Receive and make phone calls.
Assist in distribute communication and correspondences among project team as per Project Manager instructions, and follow up to get the feedback and response within the specified time.
Prepare list of all contacts persons from all parties including full name, organization, position, telephone number and email. This list shall be kept updated and shall include SAJDI Team, client beneficiaries, sub-consultants, sub-contractors, and any other stakeholders.
Helping in all type of data entry and typing of repots & submittals that are required under the contract using approved format.
Help in any administrative works including follow up of any tasks internally and externally that will be requested by Project Manager.
