Job Summary:
We are looking for dedicated Call Center Agents to handle chat and call support. Candidates must have good English communication skills, be flexible to work across all shifts, and ideally have experience in the food delivery industry.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's or diploma degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Good level of spoken and written English
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Willingness to work rotational shifts, including nights and weekends
Previous experience in customer support (chat/calls) is preferred
Experience in the food delivery sector is a plus
