To assist with sales, support customers in selecting ready-to-eat meals, and maintain a clean and organized cafeteria environment.
Core Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly and addressing their needs.
• Operate cash registers efficiently and ensure transactions are processed accurately.
• Assist customers in selecting ready-to-eat meals by offering suggestions and providing product information.
• Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and receipts, ensuring proper balancing of cash registers at the end of each day.
• Handle customer inquiries, returns, exchanges, and complaints professionally.
• Keep checkout and workspace areas clean and organized, adhering to safety and hygiene standards.
• Display and label food items attractively, ensuring compliance with presentation standards.
• Monitor food inventory levels and coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely replenishment.
• Assist with stocking, cleaning, stock counts, and other duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Diploma degree in Business Administration or any other related discipline is preferred but not mandatory.
- Good English and Arabic language skills (written and spoken).
- 0-2 year of experience in a similar role.
- Working as a cashier or any similar role.
