Accountant

 

Job Description:

 

  • Perform all accounting tasks for all Aramex stations’ related to Monthly Intercompany accounts reconciliation and balance confirmation.
  • Act as one point of contact for all assigned Aramex stations.
  • Handle the intercompany transactions and monthly reconciliation.
  • Ensure smooth operations and timely settlement of balances in coordination with the accounting manager and team leader.
  • Receive and verify all station’s invoices.
  • Record invoices in the company financial system.
  • Get stations’ confirmation for financial transactions.
  • Issue debit / Credit notes.
  • Perform monthly reconciliation for the stations accounts.
  • Transfer invoices to the company financial system daily.
  • Send invoices to concerned stations.
  • Continuously follow up with stations to solve pending cases.
  • Close cases before the deadline and closing the month.
  • Confirm monthly intercompany balance with stations.

 

Job Requirements:

 

  • Good communication skills.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Team spirit.
  • Bachelors degree in Accounting

Job description:

  • Administers and processes all Petty Cash transactions.
  • Cash Collection.
  • Prepares and review the reimbursement Claims on a daily basis.
  • Daily reconciliation.
  • Daily Banks transaction.
  • Daily accounting entries GL , AP & AR.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

 

Requirements:

Bachelor degree in accounting

Fresh graduated or 1-year experience.

Junior Business Analyst - Finance

 

Job description:

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Managing CO Master Data and all the processes related to Controlling Module Activities
  • Update the business analysis model design/master data/allocations to reflect the actual business and to cater to the business needs.
  • Ensure Profit Center, Cost Center & Internal Order design is up to date and fulfil business needs.
  • Ensure accuracy of data by creating and updating validations and checks on data.
  • Ensure Assessment cycle activities are up to date 
  • Provide management with analysis and visibility per client, product and deliver recommendations to invest or divest to maximize profitability by:

 

  •  
    • unning monthly reports to measure companies’ financial performance in terms of customers and products. 
    • ontributing to cost reduction initiatives on team, business unit or operation level 
    • ptimizing profitability per team and per client 
    • upporting product managers to make decisions related to pricing 
    • roviding customized reports based on business units needs 
    • upport operations to manage their resources to achieve optimal capacity utilization 

 

  • Develop relationships with stakeholders

 

Job Requirements

 

Bachelors degree in finance, business or any related field

Experience 0-2 years of experience in the same field

Detail oriented & Expert in Excel.

Team player

Good communication skills & Excellent Command in English

Preferable Experience in Sap
