Responsibility in assisting the Sales Supervisor in providing a professional & outstanding customer service and branding.

Implement the set marketing strategies to improve JRF’s market position and achieve financial growth, builds key customer relationships.



 

Responsibilities:

Sales

  • Assists in the implementation of a sales and marketing plan and detailed action plan to ensure the achievement of monthly target.
  • Coordinates all sales activities to ensure increasing sales and achieving the needed targets and to increase the promotion to JRF products.
  • Assists high profile clients service to ensure competitive advantage and high customer satisfaction
  • Supplies management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests & competitive activities for new products and services to ensure the movement toward the KPIs
  • Conducts daily, weekly & monthly sales reports to ensure the follow up on the right track.
  • Establishes new Retail, wholesale horeca, Mamoul accounts
  • Reach out to customer leads
  • Maintains positive business relationships to ensure future sales. Keep updated contact information for customers.
  • Achieves agreed upon sales targets Volume and Value to ensure achieving the annual target.
  • Coordinates sales effort with team members and other departments to ensure achieving the main goals for the department.
  • Continuously improve through management & customer feedback.
  • Achieves distribution plan and market penetration plan to ensure the growth of sales.
  • Distributes Al Karma products as per the planned average SKU per customer target to ensure high sales level and to focus on target market.
  • Collects customers depts. as per the policy & consistent follow up the collection of depts. to ensure the payments of depts. On the agreed time.
  • Continuously Monitors Al Karma products merchandising in customers’ displays to ensure all products display is up to our standard. (standards are shared in internal polices). Accountable on all expired, near expiry and damaged goods in all supermarkets.
  • Reports near to expire products to avoid expired and wasted goods.
  • Maintain inventory by restocking shelves with product from inventory, observing inventory levels, prompting store management to reorder when levels appear low, and arranging for return and credit for damaged products.
  • Maintain store shelves by observing displays of JRF’s products, removing damaged or freshness-dated products, tidying store shelves, to providing optimum display of products.

Client Management 

  • Understand customer needs and provide support and solutions.
  • Develops and maintains strong relationships with clients, and contact new or existing customers to discuss how specific products can meet their needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any other related field.
  • Strong English and Arabic language skills (written and spoken).
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role preferably in retail or FMCG industry.
  • Hands-on sales, and CRM experience.
