Human Resources Officer



Job Summary


 

Human Resources Officer will be responsible for filling positions that vary from short-term, emergency response, and full-time to meet demands of business functions in the main office, and field locations both in Jordan and countries of operation.

This individual will be responsible for screening, shortlisting, interviewing, selecting and offering potential candidates to fill in all approved vacancies.

Also, s/he will facilitate training activities that will be provided through arranging between selected training providers and business units.


 

Technical Duties

• Implement all policies and procedures related to the hiring and recruitment activities, and ensure implementation of affirmative actions and equal employment opportunity programs.

• Develop and maintain proper network of local and regional contacts, for identifying and sourcing of qualified candidates for specific job openings and maintain proper database for future records.

• Administer the company’s Career Portal and Social Media announcements and participate in designing and implementation of the internal job posting programs.

• Conduct applicants screening, and scheduling interviews in coordination with all department heads, in addition to candidate’s references and background checking, and participate in the proper candidate selection.

• Coordinate with all concerned departments in ensuring the availability of proper logistics and requirements for preparing healthy working conditions, such as employee’s office, stationery, email and other related items.

• Facilitate probation period evaluation process with all concerned parties’ / department heads for all new joiners.

• Build a reputable internal and external training providers’ database and oversee the implementation of the Internal Capacity of trainers.

• Implement training policies, programs and schedules, based on the conducted training needs or any approved changes in company policies, procedures and/or services.


 

Qualifications

• A Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or any other related field.
