Mission:

We are seeking motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our customer service team for our forex company. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, resolving their inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This is a 24/7 role that requires shift work, including weekends and holidays.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media channels.

Provide accurate and comprehensive information about our forex products, services, and trading platforms.

Assist customers with account-related tasks, including account setup, funding, withdrawals, and technical issues.

Guide customers through trading processes, explain trading concepts, and address trading-related queries.

Resolve customer complaints, striving for first-call resolution and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher-level support or management as necessary.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the CRM system.

Continuously update and expand product knowledge to provide comprehensive and up-to-date support.

Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve customer issues and improve processes.

Identify and report any patterns or trends in customer inquiries to help improve products and services.

Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines at all times.

 

 

Requirements:

 

High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in finance or related field is a plus.

Previous customer service experience in the financial industry, preferably in forex or trading.

Strong knowledge of forex trading concepts, platforms, and industry practices.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly.

Proficiency in using customer support software, CRM systems, and trading platforms.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to resolve customer issues.

Professional and empathetic demeanour when dealing with customer complaints or challenging situations.

Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends, and holidays.

Fluency in English and Arabic languages.
