Accounting Specialist

Job Responsibilities:
• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions with precision and efficiency.
• Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve financial discrepancies and ensure proper documentation.
• Preparation of budgets and forecasts.
• Stay informed about changes in accounting regulations and standards.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience as an Accounting Specialist in FMCG or in a similar role with 3-5 years of experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations.
• Proficient in using accounting software & ERP Software (Alpha system is a plus).
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
