Human Resources Trainee
JOB PURPOSE –
support the recruitment team in attracting and evaluating candidates, scheduling, and conducting interviews, and overseeing hiring paperwork.
4. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Emails new hires with details about the company, including work schedules and dress code.
- Answering any inquiries received by new hires.
- Gathers and files all paperwork related to new hires, including contracts and non-disclosure agreements.
- Assists new employees as they join the company and help them learn about Hikma policies, plan their joining date, and complete any necessary paperwork.
- Serves as the escalation point for recruiting and hiring managers on candidate’s progression through the background check process.
- Participate in activities related to job posting.
- Participates in the process of screening resumes and profiles.
- Schedules interviews with selected shortlisted candidates
6. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum:
- A bachelor's degree in human resources management, industrial engineering or a related field
EXPERIENCE
Minimum:
- 0-1 years of experience
SKILLS
- Strong communication skills,
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- Quick learner
- Technology Proficient (i.e. excel, word)
