The Opportunity for you

 

The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices. This job is located at Amman Airport.

 

Salary band:

  • Annual gross fixed salary: between 15.600 and 18.000 JOD.
  • Bonus: max. 15% out of gross annual fixed salary.

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage yearly HR action plan in accordance with the strategic plan of the company.
  • Prepare the HR yearly budget.
  • Manage and follow up on the Recruitment and on- boarding process
  • Supervise the annual performance assessment of the employees;
  • Manages personnel files in accordance to internal policy and internal audit;
  • Manage the monthly payroll in coordination with the Financial Manager
  • Apply the labor law, regulations and HR policies in the Organization;
  • Elaborate and/ or adapt HR policies / intructions to local needs in coordination with HQ.
  • Coordination with HR team in the HQ as needed, and participation in transversal projects.
  • Provide information and assistance to staff, on human resource and work-related issues;
  • Provide recommendations on HR practices for improvement
  • Manage customers complaints as per the policy;

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources.
  • +5 years of experience in the HR operations, as a Senior HR supervisor/ HR officer.
  • Experienced in recruitment (interviews and onboarding).
  • Very good knowledge of Jordan Labor Law.
  • Work permit for Jordan.
  • Excellent command in English and Arabic.
  • Experienced in multinational companies is a plus.
  • Microsoft Office Skills.

  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on process improvement and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with culturally diverse staff.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities to manage multiple HR responsibilities effectively.
  • Attention to detail and good judgement
