Job responsibilities & duties:
- Managing and organizing events for the organization.
- Sorting out any issues that may arise with bookings or reservations.
- Conducting research and collecting information on the destinations,, flights and hotels.
- Conference registration.
- Booking travel tickets & hotels.
- Obtaining and following up Visas (field work).
- Filing and archiving all the documents that relate to the reservations
المهارات
Job requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Tourism, English literature or any related field.
- At least 5 years’ experience in the reservation, business travel and events management and all related tasks, is a must.
- Very effective communication skills.
- Proficiency in English is a must.
- Excellent computer skills specially in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Well versed in various areas of travel (domestic/international, business/holidays, group/individual etc.).
- The candidate’s age should be less than (35) years.
- The successful candidate must be a non-smoker
* Type of work according to the services agreement
