نحن نبحث عن مشرف جودة للانضمام إلى فريقنا في الحلابات / الزرقاء وعمان مسؤوليات الوظيفة: - إدارة وتنفيذ نظام FSSC 22000. - إدارة وتنفيذ نظام ISO 9001. - ضمان وجود أنظمة وممارسات AIBI. - تقديم تقرير إلى رئيس القسم عن قضايا الجودة على أساس يومي وأسبوعي وشهري لتسليط الضوء على القضايا المحتملة قبل أن تصبح مشكلة في التقارير اليومية والأسبوعية والشهرية. - إبلاغ NCN للموظفين المعنيين لضمان حضورهم وحلهم في الوقت المناسب دون أي خسارة في الإنتاج. - جمع بيانات السجل المطلوبة للتحليل الدوري لجميع فحوصات مراقبة الجودة لجميع وحدات SKU والإيداع السليم للوثائق ، لضمان توفر المعلومات أثناء التحقيق والتحليل الدوري. - التفاعل مع مختلف ممثلي فريق إنتاج المصنع والمستودع والصيانة لضمان فهم متطلبات الجودة وتنفيذها وفقا لذلك (تقرير تحليل الإجراءات التصحيحية). - مراجعة المواصفات المعتمدة للمواد الخام ومواد التعبئة والتغليف، للتأكد من أن مواصفات المواد الخام الواردة ضمن المواصفات المعتمدة. وتحقيق الوثائق وفقا لمتطلبات ISO و HACCP. - تحسين مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية والمساهمة في تطوير فريق عمل قادر ومختص. - تدريب الموظفين على أفضل ممارسات الجودة وسلامة الغذاء. - متابعة التحقيقات في الشكاوى وإغلاقها. - إدارة نظام IPM. - استعراض الإجراءات التشغيلية الموحدة وتحديثها. - إجراء مراجعات الإدارة. - العمل على التحديثات على الأنظمة لضمان التحسينات المستمرة. - تتبع درجة الحرارة ومتابعة المخالفات. المتطلبات - درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكيميائية أو الصناعية أو صناعة الأغذية أو علم الأحياء الدقيقة أو مجال مشابه. - خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في دور مماثل ، ويفضل أن يكون ذلك في صناعة الأغذية - إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية (كتابة ومحادثة) - مهارات اتصال شفهية ممتازة - مدقق رئيسي في أي نظام ISO الكفاءات: - المعرفة في السلسلة الغذائية / سلسلة التبريد - المعرفة في الدفاع عن الغذاء / الغش الغذائي - المعرفة في معايير الجودة وسلامة الأغذية ذات الصلة / معايير ISO - المعرفة الفنية بمنتجات الشركة - المعرفة في مبادئ التدقيق - المعرفة في السياسات والإجراءات المتعلقة بالتعامل مع الشكاوى وعدم المطابقة الشهادات / الدورات: - ايزو 9001 - ISO 22000 / HACCP - IPM - الدفاع عن الغذاء / الغش الغذائي - تحليل السبب الجذري / حل المشكلات ميزة إضافية - TOT هو زائد ملاحظه: امتلاك سيارة أمر لا بد منه سيكون موقع العمل الرئيسي في الحلابات مع زيارات متكررة لمواقع الشركة المختلفة. يمكن للمرشحين المهتمين تقديم سيرهم الذاتية إلى talent.management@teeba.jo مع "مشرف ضمان الجودة" كموضوع البريد الإلكتروني
We are looking for a Quality Supervisor to join our team in Al-Hallabat / Zarqa & Amman
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and implement FSSC 22000 system.
- Manage and implement ISO 9001 system.
- To ensure AIBI systems and practices are in place.
- To report to the department head on quality issues on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to highlight potential issues before they become a problem in daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- To report NCN to relevant personnel to ensure their attendance and timely resolution without any loss of production.
- To collect log data required for periodic analysis of all quality control checks for all SKUS & proper filing of documents, to ensure information is available during investigation and periodic analysis.
- To Interact with various representatives of the plant production team, warehouse, and maintenance to ensure quality requirements are understood and implemented accordingly (corrective action analysis report).
- To review the approved specifications for raw materials and packaging materials, to ensure that the specifications of the raw materials contained within the approved specifications. And achieve the documents in accordance with the requirements of ISO and HACCP.
- To improve Key Performance Indicators and contribute to the development of a capable and competent team.
- Train employee quality and food safety best practices.
- Follow up complaints investigations and closures.
- Manage IPM system.
- Review and update SOPs.
- Conduct Management reviews.
- To work on updates on systems to ensure continuous improvements.
- Tracking temperature and follow-up violations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Industrial Engineering, food industry, microbiology, or similar field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Food industry
- Very good command of English Language (writing & speaking)
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Lead Auditor in any ISO system

The main work Location will be in Al-Hallabat with frequent visits to different company locations.
