Harnessing new technology, we support governments in their digital transformation, helping to improve efficiency and enhance customer service.
Location: Amman, Jordan
Main Responsibilities:
· Provide customer service excellence to applicants at all times.
· Receive Applicants in visa center, answer customer’s inquires.
· Collects required application documents in the required order, ensure data entry accuracy.
· Maintain professional appearance and friendly demeanor at all times.
· Attends morning/evening meeting.
· Immediately inform management of any problems or issues related to her/his daily work and regularly make suggestions on how to improve efficiency and client service
· Complete daily report.
· Participate security related trainings.
· Conduct security related activities assigned to this position.
· Follow security related requirements when fulfilling the responsibilities of this position.
· Report security incidents to the supervisor when detected.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
· University degree.
· Minimum 2 years of customer service working experience.
· Good command of English language.
Skills and abilities:
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Able to establish and maintain effective relationships with team members and customers.
· Demonstrable skill in independent problem-solving.
· Self-motivated, patient and professional.
· Fast-learner.
· Detail oriented.
· Ability to work well under pressure.
· Knowledge of customer service techniques and principles.
