Position: HR Officer (HR002)
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day HR operations including employee onboarding, payroll, attendance, and employee relations.
Handle recruitment processes, ensuring the right fit for both our company and clients.
Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Provide HR support to clients, offering tailored solutions based on their needs.
Serve as a point of contact for employees and management at client locations, addressing any HR-related queries.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1-3 years Proven experience in HR functions (recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, etc.).
Outsourcing experience is a strong advantage, as this role involves managing HR functions for both our company and our clients.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
Excellent English Language is a Must
