Customer Service Representative
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide product/service information.
- Assist customers in resolving issues and concerns through various communication channels (phone, email, chat).
- Ensure a positive customer experience by maintaining a professional and helpful demeanor.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs effectively.
Qualifications:
- English Level: B2 – C1
- Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Support
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Experience in Customer Service is a plus
- Fully available for all shifts (24/7)
4:00 Pm – 1:00 Am
12:00 Am – 9:00 Am
- Bachelor’s degree, or available student who can work on shifts and manage working and studying simultaneously.
