Job Purpose:
Prepare accounts, manage budgeting, and oversee financial information. Ensure financial records are accurate and up to date.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Reconcile JORAMCO bank accounts, send reports to the accounting team, and prepare bank letter inquiries as needed.
- Maintain financial security by adhering to internal controls and ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Verify documentation and request disbursements for payment processing.
- Compile and analyze financial data to prepare entries in the general ledger, ensuring accurate documentation of business transactions.
- Handle company expenses and payroll systems to ensure timely and accurate wage payments.
- Prepare tax returns, ensure taxes are paid on time, and provide periodic and non-periodic reports as required.
Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Accredited certificates or courses in accounting are a plus.
- 0-1 year of experience; Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency with ERP systems is advantageous.
- Full working knowledge of General Ledger processes, from bookkeeping to financial statement preparation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and time management to meet deadlines.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Very good command of the English language.
- Ability to work with external Tax Accountants for financial statement preparation.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
