About the job
The ideal candidate is a seasoned sales professional, with a proven track record in exceeding sales targets and acquiring clients in the enterprise segment, preferably in the SaaS or B2B technology domains. As an Enterprise Account Manager you will engage with prospects, work with them to assess their employee engagement needs, map them to Engagesoft platform, and work actively to win them as clients. You will be part of the team to formalize and implement the company's sales strategy and playbook.
You are passionate, self-driven, capable of engaging with senior executives, highly analytical and determined to bring tangible growth to Engagesoft sales. You will work closely with Engagesoft's founders to drive the growth of the company.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business development representatives to qualify leads, walk them through the sales funnel till a successful close
- Strategic sales planning and analysis
- Creating and overseeing marketing campaigns
- Working with product managers to shape the product based on customer needs
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English
- Energetic, driven, and passionate about success and growth
- Time management and work organization skills
- 4-10 years of experience in a related role (preferably in the SaaS or B2B domains)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
