Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
- 7+ years of experience as a software developer
- 5+ years of software development manager experience
- Excellent problem solving abilities and object-oriented design skills
- Fluency and experience in object-oriented programming languages, like Java
- A thorough understanding of software development in a team and a strong track record of shipping software
- Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information clearly and concisely to a variety of audiences
- The ability to handle multiple competing priorities
- Experience developing and executing a software roadmap
- Experience managing front-end, back-end, and services-oriented software systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate degree (Master’s or PhD) in Computer Science or related field
- 10+ years' professional experience in software development
- Experience building and operating mission critical, highly scalable distributed softwares and systems
- Demonstrated capability to provide depth and breadth technical leadership to agile teams

Description Job Summary
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Creating a retention action plan to the accounts through maintaining a regular schedule of contact via phone/on-site visits, and maintaining regular contact with high revenue customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Assisting marketing with design and promotional strategies, and come-up with ideas to differentiate from competitors.
- Assists management in determining effective sales techniques, and devising direct sales plans and strategies.
- Creating a direct connection with the GMs and decision makers in the high revenue corporate accounts.
- Developing relationships with clients through dinners, outings, etc.
- Control churn rates.
- Qualify prospective customer opportunities against key variables such as budget, timing, decision-making process, competitors, etc.
- Ensuring good margin of profitability from his/her portfolio.
- Ensuring proper collection of customer data that would help us properly plan the sales of all our products.
- Maintaining the balance between customer satisfaction and controlling the FOC budget and credit notes.
- Performing other duties related to the job as assigned by the direct supervisor.
What Do You Need to Qualify The suitable candidate should fit the below requirements:
- Holding a bachelor's in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience in similar field between 2 - 5 years of experience.
