Call Center & Customer service Agent
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Handle all customers’ inquiries and issues by phone and by email.
• Promote and upsell appropriate products to each customer.
• Process all administrative tasks assigned to you.
Qualifications:
• English fluency in speaking and writing is a must. English native speakers are preferred.
• Experience in a call center is preferred.
• BSc in marketing, Sales or in any related field.
