About MakanE:

Makane is the one partner you need to start your own online store in MENA. MakanE brings together all of the relevant players (technology, shipping couriers, payment options) to make selling online a quick and easy process.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Enter customer information and account data from source documents within time limits.
  • Work with new clients, onboarding and setting up their store to go live within the agreed SLA.
  • Review data for any deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities, and check the output.
  • Source and upload content including product images, descriptions, prices, and store data in general.
  • Compile, sort, and verify the accuracy of data according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry.
  • Proofread and translate content from and to English / Arabic.
  • Enhance content for SEO.
  • Respond to queries for information and access relevant files
  • Other responsibilities and projects as assigned by management

 

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in English Language & Translation.
  • 1-3 years of experience in this field.
  • Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Familiarity with administrative duties.
  • Typing speed and accuracy.
  • Good command of Arabic and English both oral and written and customer service skills.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Organizational skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks.
