Job Summary:
Implementation and participation in various accounting activities associated with company costs, including calculating, and recording all manufacturing and non-manufacturing costs arising from various operational processes, preparing studies and analyses associated with reducing them, and preparing reports explaining differences between theoretical and actual production costs, while ensuring compliance with the procedures and standards adopted in this regard.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- See the accounting information recorded in the company's financial management system, and then arrange and production
- To calculate manufacturing costs associated with workers, raw materials, overheads, various materials, etc., as well as non-manufacturing costs, with the aim of determining the theoretical manufacturing cost of products and the consequences of the various operations in the company.
- Use recorded cost information to prepare reports explaining differences between theoretical and actual production costs, as well as to use them to adjust expenses and use them when preparing the annual budget.
- Help identify and compare factors affecting cost, prices, and profitability in products, review the impact of cost inequality and report and submit results and recommendations to the direct manager
- Study and analyze the impact of change on products, raw materials, manufacturing methods or available products on costs, propose cost reduction procedures according to the results of the analysis process, and subsequently submit them to the direct manager.
- Preparing statistical tables and analyses of industrial costs, including water, electricity, fuel and spare parts, as well as salaries of manufacturing and maintenance staff, to compare values between months and identify any apparent deviations, and subsequently raise them to the direct manager to take appropriate action.
- Compare the quantities of finished products - produced monthly - with the amount of raw materials specified for use in the manufacturing process, depending on the manufacturing equations adopted.
- Comparing production machine meters with the quantities of finished products delivered to the warehouse, in addition to production rollups, inspection samples, and materials in production, with the aim of accounting for any differences and taking the necessary measures in coordination with the relevant departments.
- Check the signatures of the employees concerned with the approval of registration, exchange and invoice bonds and then deposit them in their files, in addition to matching customer accounts financially with the relevant invoices.
- Perform any other related tasks and responsibilities and commissioned by the direct manager.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Accounting or Related
- 5- 7 years of Experience.
