Role Description
This is a full-time/hybrid role where you will be a Claim Officer at Jordan Insurance Company located in Amman. You will be responsible for processing insurance claims, verifying policy information and coverage, reviewing claim submissions for completeness and accuracy, investigating and gathering necessary information, and making recommendations for settlement of claims. Part of the work schedule will be completed remotely.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance or any related field
- Experience in insurance claims handling or insurance underwriting is an asset
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients, coworkers and management
- Excellent communication, negotiation and conflict management skills
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends and make sound judgments
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other related software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet goals and objectives
- Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and oral
