  • Digital marketing activities consolidation and support
  • To be between marketing department and communication department
  • Ensure implementation of marketing activities with support of Brand Managers
  • Responsible about materials and internal campaigns from marketing department

Key Accountabilities

  • Support MENA Brand Managers in the development of marketing content intended for external use which would include supporting concept ideation process, the development of drafts, editorial/linguistic reviews, following up on internal medico/legal approval processes
  • Maintaining the Brand Trademark registration status and data base and to coordinate between Legal. Regulatory and the Brand Teams.
  • Brand Kits: Process ownership for the development of the Brand Kits/Brand Books for the Branded BU. This would include assuring each new product developed has the minimum required communication brand deliverables in a standard format across the BU. It would also mean coordinating the input required form the different contributors (medical, marketing, clinical, RA, CommEx, Insights, etc.)
  • Websites, landing pages and other external mass and/or digital communication: Working with the Brand teams and agencies to support the development and execution of external brand communication be it in the for social medic posts, website design and content, or any other similar communication. This includes monitoring the quality of the content being developed and used by country teams on our externally facing platforms. Develop an omni-channel marketing strategy alongside marketeers by the constant know-how of current strategies, plans, concerns, etc. within the Branded BU.
  • Assess external content in accordance with Hikma Promotional Guidelines.
  • Develop 2 omni-channel projects by end of 2021.
  • Developing a reporting system for said projects analytics and success.
  • Embed the digital mindset in the team (Know your team, know your vendors)
  • Managing and maintaining the Branded BU intranet page.
  • Constant upkeep of corners alongside corner owners.
  • Maintain brand corner.
  • Internal communications: Ownership of a quarterly report/newsletter that is intended to keep senior leadership and country & cross functional teams informed on the latest activities and achievements in the Branded BU.
  • Presentations support the Central marketing team in the visual refinement and editorial review of presentations intended for internal use.
  • Supporting communications related to the Hikma customer events such as MENA level standalones in terms of developing and executing the internal and external communications related to the event leveraging the relevant tools/platforms.
  • Liaise between marketing and communications teams for systematic communication regarding important events and dates (Produce monthly content calendar)
  • Assist with concept ideation and execution with design team and CHC (CHC digital roll-out for products- social media & digital presence)

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:

B.Sc. degree in marketing

Preferred: MBA or equivalent

Experience

Minimum: 0years’ experience in agencies companies and experience in marketing position

Preferred: Previous experience in digital platforms experience and preferred with pervious projects within pharma industry for at least one year
