Announcement vacancy for secretary and office management
Job roles:
• Receptionist/ management secretary tasks.
• Assist the administrative team work.
• Perform administrative tasks, including filing and photocopying
• Write emails, memos and letters
• Implement and/or develop office procedures and record systems
• HR responsibilities
Requirements:
- Diploma in management at least
- Amman resident preferably “Tlaa Al-Ali Area/ university Area) or surroundings
• English is a must
• Proven work experience as a secretary or Administrative Assistant
• Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques
• High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Integrity and professionalism
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Ready to work
