Human Resources Specialist

✓ Duties and Responsibilities


To implement human resources plans, policies and systems.

To prepare and follow up on all reports and files related to the department. To do periodic visits to all work sites.

To prepare periodic reports related to the department and providing them to the HR Sales Manager.

To provide internal or external employment applications for vacant positions and announcing them according to the available means.

To prepare and follow up the employment application with the concerned department and takes the necessary approvals.

To follow up on completing the documents required for appointment and handing them over to the concerned department. To coordinate and implement the induction program for new employees with

other departments and ensures their receipt of orientation materials.

To prepare, receive and deliver forms for evaluating training programs. To follow up on the daily shortage of labor in sales in coordination with ASMs.

To follow up on the sales employees' performance by preparing the needed reports and discuss all needed actions accordingly.

Ensure all sales employees KPIs are written in coordination with the talent

management section, and to follow up on the sales employees performance by

preparing the needed reports and discuss all need actions accordingly.

To follow up on the PIPS, Coaching Cards, How Trackers, KPIs, and all PMS related Functions in coordination with talent management department.

To prepare, receive and deliver forms for evaluating the performance of employees during the probationary period.

To coordinate the dates of training programs and ensures that training materials are delivered to employees when needed and all related arrangements are made.

Other related tasks & duties could be assigned according to the direct manager

✓ Educational Level:
Bachelor degree in Business Administration or any other related field.

✓Required Experience
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR.

✓ Languages :

Arabic..
English: very good command of both written & spoken.
