POSITION SUMMARY

You will have a crucial role in supporting the sales team in achieving their sales and collection targets by continuously providing the team with the required reports and documents, Also you are required to ensure monthly transaction efficiency. This role would suit someone who enjoys managing multiple stakeholders, a busy workload, and is able to prioritize in a dynamic environment.

 

A DAY IN THE LIFE …

  • Responsible for all Sales reports (daily, weekly, monthly) to enable management and Sales department to monitor day-to-day sales operations.                            

  • To record all trade promotional activities into CRM based on the BDA and trade agreements/MIP, and prepare monthly report about the trade activities and open accruals.                                    

  • Preparing all data and templates required for monthly meetings, MBPC and/or for HO reporting.                                       

  • Preparation of monthly Sales Targets by Salesmen by channel and the calculation of Sales force incentive payout.                                          

  • Customer data & Customer Hierarchy maintenance & cleansing / Material extension in coordination with F&C /Channel Manager & NBS                                        

  • Responsible for ensuring that all customer BDAs are adhering to commercial policy and are signed and saved/archived properly. End of Year Rebates calculation             

  • Follow-up with sales teams and ensure that credit notes are submitted on time with supporting documents and inform Management on any delays or issues.                  

  • Ensure that all Credit notes are processed through the DM tool and follow-up with sales team on dispute cases.                                   

  • Price list communication / product listing & delisting circulation / Monthly Promotion circulation                                    

  • Strict adherence and compliance on all activities undertaken, ie: TTS Booking as per NAS on monthly basis, WHO code, customer creation process, credit note process ...

  • University Degree in Marketing or Business or any related field

  • 2-4 years solid sales support experience in a multinational company

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Service Oriented, organized with robust problem solving and influencing skills

  • Solid communication, and presentation skills
