Job description:
Job responsibilities:
- Matching financial transaction results with book balances and identifying any deviations
- Arranging the daily cash transaction reports to be approved by the Accounting Supervisor
- Receiving and depositing clients payments as per Hikma policies and procedures
- Keeping files of all cash receipts, invoices and job orders as per the adopted filing policies
- Signing temporary receipt vouchers of monetary payments and recording all related entries
- Following up on the reconciliation of accounts with banks and resolving any related issues
- Preparing relevant Distribution Center reports in accordance with set policies and procedures
- Performing other duties related to the job as assigned by the direct supervisor
- Major: Bachelor Accounting
