Description Job Summary

You will be handling and retaining existing corporate accounts, setting a plan to acquire new corporate accounts, grow revenues from all existing corporate accounts by cross selling and up-selling and all means , plan customers’ visits, collecting and maintaining customers’ data to be able to create an action plan that would help in selling Mobile voice, internet, connectivity, business solutions, bulk SMS, etc.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Creating a retention action plan to the accounts through maintaining a regular schedule of contact via phone/on-site visits, and maintaining regular contact with high revenue customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Assisting marketing with design and promotional strategies, and come-up with ideas to differentiate from competitors.
  • Assists management in determining effective sales techniques, and devising direct sales plans and strategies.
  • Creating a direct connection with the GMs and decision makers in the high revenue corporate accounts.
  • Developing relationships with clients through dinners, outings, etc.
  • Control churn rates.
  • Qualify prospective customer opportunities against key variables such as budget, timing, decision-making process, competitors, etc.
  • Ensuring good margin of profitability from his/her portfolio.
  • Ensuring proper collection of customer data that would help us properly plan the sales of all our products.
  • Maintaining the balance between customer satisfaction and controlling the FOC budget and credit notes.
  • Performing other duties related to the job as assigned by the direct supervisor.




What Do You Need to Qualify The suitable candidate should fit the below requirements:

  • Holding a bachelor's in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience in similar field between 2 - 5 years of experience.

  • Excellent Communication skills.
  • High follow up attitude.
  • Very Good English skills.
  • Excellent Selling and Negotiation skills.
