Purpose of Hire:
We are looking for a Digital Account Manager to look after strategic customers using online communication channels. The successful candidate will have the experience, and knowledge, to manage C-level executives. The successful candidate should also have previous experience in account planning, opportunity management, and controlling complex meetings. Previous experience in using multiple social media and owned media platforms (email, website, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) to reach customers is a plus.
Job Responsibilities:
The candidate will be based on the Middle East to remotely manage Gulf customer using digital communication to:
- Manage existing customers
- Find new potential customers
- Meet with customer key stakeholders
- Profile customer
- Understand future plans
- Log the prospect pipeline on product mapping in system
- Qualify and advance opportunities
- Read RFP and nominate service providers
- Manage proposal submissions
- Follow up with customer and internal team
- Close deals
- Initiate services
- Support the deployment
- Invoice on and follow up with payments
- Solve raising issues
- Log every customer interaction in systems
