Job Brief:
Responsible for promoting, cross-selling, and up-selling Umniah’s products and services through various communication channels. Also, responsible for generating sales leads for sales teams, in addition to maintaining an up-to-date sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact potential or existing customers to promote Umniah’s new /existing product and services using redefined scripts.
- Enter call type coding, customer data, and tracking information accurately and ensure maintain an up-to-date database.
- Maintain updated knowledge of Umniah’s products and services in order to meet customers’ expectations and reply to their inquiries.
- Handle customers in a professional and efficient manner taking into consideration the objectives and KPIs.
- Cross-sell and up-sell Umniah’s products and services through advising customers on other products and services offered by Umniah to fulfill their requests and needs received through calls.
Tools & Systems:
- Sales Pipeline.
- CRM System.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or any other related field.
Level of Experience: Basic Knowledge in a related field.
Tools & Systems Essential:
- Oracle CRM System.
- Log-in Systems such as Cisco.
Technical Skills & Knowledge:
Essential:
- Basic knowledge of various selling techniques (direct sales & telesales).
- Good knowledge of telecommunication industry, products, and services.
- Good command of computer skills (MS Office).
- Good negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of smart phones’ settings and applications.
- Excellent command of English language both speaking and writing.
Desirable:
- Good command of tele-sales skills.
- Good knowledge of social media platforms.
- Good command of problem solving techniques.
