Title: Sr. Sales Associate
Location: Amman, Wakalat Street Branch
PURPOSE & IMPACT ON ORGANIZATION:
You contribute to the store sales and adidas profit targets by:
- Passionately inspiring, serving and selling to Consumers
- Diligently executing store operations, with a special focus on selected areas
- Contributing to a culture of consumer centricity within the store
- Providing support and coach Retail Professionals
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Actively connect and engage with consumers entering the store
- Know the store KPI’s (key performance indicators) and contribute to store sales
- Responsible for improving the Consumer experience by executing the CONNECT-ENGAGE-INSPIRE service standards
- Be a Brand advocate, consistently exhibiting the 3 Cs (Confidence, Collaboration and Creativity)
- Use seasonal product and Brand knowledge effectively during Consumer interactions
- Communicate product features and benefits, and unique selling points clearly to address Consumer needs
- Connect our Consumers to relevant digital and omnichannel tools to provide a seamless shopping experience for Consumers
- Use all omnichannel related sales tools
- Guide the consumers through the digital touchpoints in the store
- Process merchandise deliveries quickly and effectively, and constantly replenish merchandising fixtures to ensure the store’s
entire product offer is represented on the sales floor - Complete sales transactions quickly and accurately whilst adhering to cash protection procedures
- Uses selling expertise to maximize opportunities at the cash desk to create add-on sales and build customer loyalty
- Minimize loss in the stockroom and the sales floor
- Perform all store operations in a safe, effective, and efficient manner
- Comply with all operational policies and procedures
- Maintain an appealing, easy to shop environment for customers by executing visual merchandising and housekeeping standard
- Know the store KPIs and how you personally contribute to them
- Plays a role in maximizing sales and minimizing loss
- Keeps an up-to-date awareness of our competitors
- Offers suggestions and ideas on how to improve operations and processes
- Collaborate productively and respectfully with team members, and support others where needed
- Communicates a desire for ongoing learning and welcomes all available opportunities to increase own and store performance
- Seek coaching and learning opportunities to continually improve performance
- Complete all applicable training programs and effectively apply the learning on the job
- Always work with a team-first mindset, fully respecting all colleagues and actively contribute to making adidas an inclusive and

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: - Preferably between 1-2 months working in a sports/fashion customer & commercial focused retail environment
- Basic numeracy, literacy and verbal communication skills
