Customer Operations Officer / Intern

We are looking for a fresh graduate to join the Supply Chain Department as a Customer Operations Officer for 6 month internship contract, with working hours starting from 8.00 am to 5:00 pm, Sunday to Thursday (45 hours per week).
Responsibilities:
Follow up regarding label development and label translation.
Assist in ensuring all the needed packaging materials are available on time.
Assist in ensuring the production schedule is aligned with the complete process and orders.
Assist with following up with the logistic team to ensure complete delivery of orders.
Assist in preparing sample requests.
Assist in creating sales orders on alpha system.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Marketing, or a related field.
(0-1) Year of experience.
Excellent command of English and Arabic languages.
Proficient in MS Office.
Teamwork skills.
Strong communication skills.
Problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail.
