Sr. Financial Analyst
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team. The Financial Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the financial planning, analysis, and decision-making processes for JO Academy.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and scenario modeling, to support strategic decision-making.
- Assist in the development of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to seasonal sales, installments collection, commissions, and Dossier sales.
- Analyze revenue streams from both B2C and B2B sales channels, including sales by product, region, and customer segment.
- Calculate and analyze the cost of sales, including production costs, content writing, software development, and delivery expenses.
- Evaluate the profitability of different product lines, courses, and marketing campaigns.
- Conduct sensitivity analysis to assess the impact of pricing changes, discounts, and promotions on profitability.
- Prepare regular financial reports and dashboards for management review, highlighting key insights and performance trends.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting and scenario planning.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. Professional certificates or Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in the e-learning or digital education industry.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
- Knowledge of e-commerce metrics and online marketing analytics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
