Position Overview:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our General Insurance & Reinsurance team, we are looking for a Reinsurance Senior Officer who will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our reinsurance strategies. You will collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to ensure effective risk management and financial stability.
Responsibilities:
· Obtain, evaluate, and negotiate facultative reinsurance terms.
· Monitor and analyze reinsurance programs for efficiency.
· Collaborate with underwriting and claims teams for accurate risk assessment.
· Stay updated on industry trends and regulations affecting reinsurance.
Qualifications:
- 2- 3 years’ experience.
- Bachelor's degree in risk management or a related field.
- Excellent Command of spoken and written English, computer skills, and communication skills.
- Confident Individual with excellent creative communication and copywriting skills.
- Results-oriented, team spirit and ability to set short & long-term objectives.
Skills and Abilities:
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and proficiency in data analysis.
