A well-known Company is looking to hire Customer Care Supervisor
Location: Amman, Jordan
Job Type: Full Time
Responsibilities:
1. Lead and mentor a team of customer care representatives.
2. Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and concerns.
3. Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
4. Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall customer experience.
5. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in a customer service supervisory role.
2. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
3. Strong problem-solving abilities.
4. Familiarity with CRM systems.
5. Ability to analyze data and generate insightful reports.
6. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
