We are looking for several positions within the IT Division of Airport International Group - Queen Alia International Airport. The vacancies are outlined below:
IT Division Position #1 - IT Support Section Head
•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or any related field. Advanced certifications in IT service management (ITIL and ITSM) are highly preferred.
•10+ years of proven experience and excellence in IT support, with at least 5 years in leadership.
•Responsible for strategic oversight, team management and hands-on involvement in resolving IT support issues, optimizing system performance and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
IT Division Position #2 - Airport Systems Specialist
•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any related field.
•Minimum of 5-7 years of Information Technology work experience and minimum of 2-3 years of Airport Systems work experience. Certifications in airport systems management, IT infrastructure and IT integration and development are a plus.
•Responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and advancement of specialized airport systems and overseeing operational excellence - with expertise in critical airport applications such as CUPPS, AODB, AMS, FIDS, BRS, VDGS, IASS, IB, PAS, BHS, BMS and IATA Messaging.
IT Division Position #3 - IT Infrastructure Specialist
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any related field.
•Minimum of 4 years of professional experience.
•Responsible for operating, maintaining and supporting Airport International Group services, delivering relevant projects driven by business needs and adhering to business policies and procedures to comply with SLAs for mentioned services.
IT Division Position #4 - Senior Software Developer
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any related field.
•Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the software development lifecycle - from requirements analysis to design, development, testing and implementation.
•Responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining Airport International Group software requirements with IT projects and software applications.
IT Division Position #5 - Network Architect Specialist
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any related field.
•Minimum of 5-8 years of specialized experience, focusing on designing, implementing and optimizing enterprise networks.
•Responsible for designing and implementing advanced and targeted network solutions aligned with Airport International Group business objectives.
