Responsibilities

  • Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls, emails and live chat.
  • Inserting tickets and appointments on Mhelpdesk.
  • Generate invoices, payments, contracts and weekly reports.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.

 

Qualifications

  • Fluent in English (Writing, Speaking, Reading)
  • Data Entry
  • Teamwork
  • Communication Skills

Job Specification

  • Work hours from 4 p.m. to 12 a.m.
