Job Summary:
Managing the lobby area and providing positive first impressions when welcoming Markazia guests, along with answering all phone calls as needed.
Key Responsibility Areas:
- Serving visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately
- Answering phone calls in a polite and friendly manner
- Keeping a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Scheduling appointments and meetings for employees and coordinating with clients regarding the meetings
- Keeping office records up to date
- Sending and replying to office emails
Requirements:
- Diploma in business administration or any related major
- 1-2 years of experience in a related field
